About Online Help

Welcome to Web Control Online Help. The goal of Online Help is to provide you with information and step-by-step instructions on the Web Control system.

You can view or print Help topics to best suit your needs. Review the information below to see answers to some common questions about Online Help. Click the question to reveal the answer.

> How do I find a topic?

You can find a topic one of three ways.

Contents - Click the Contents tab to see a listing of Help categories. Under each category are sub-categories and/or topics. Click the category or sub-categories to expand it and see individual topics.
Index - Click the Index tab to see a list of keywords or phrases. Click the word or phrase to see the corresponding topic. If more than one topic is associated with a keyword or phrase, a list displays and you can click the topic you want from the list.
Search - Click the Search tab to type a word or phrase that you want to find in Help. The Search feature looks for the word or words you typed in all Help topics. You can then chose the topic you want to view from the list.

> How do I view a topic?

Find the topic you want to view. Click the topic title to display its content.

> How do I print a topic?

Find the topic you want to print and display the content. With your mouse in the content window, right-click and select Print.

You can also use the Print icon in your browser's toolbar or use the Print option from the File menu. Be sure to click in the window that contains the topic content before selecting either printing method.
