The Prospects screen four main components:

Header and Top Level Navigation

The header contains:

  • Dealership name

  • User list (for Manager users)

  • Log Out link

  • Settings link

  • Dealership list (for users with access to multiple dealerships)

  • Help list to access Online Help, Technical Support and Training

  • Quick Search

The top level navigation contains:

  • AVV Web Control logo
    (Hint: Click the logo to return to your Home page)

  • Tabs to access different sections

Left Navigation

The left navigation contains:

  • Links to:

  • Add Prospect

  • Scheduled Actions

  • Recent Activity

  • Sales Status Folders and Sub-folders

  • Prospect Type views

  • Source list

  • Personal Email and folders
