Average Gross Profit by Salesperson Details Sub-report

The Average Gross Profit (AGP) by Salesperson Details sub-report displays information similar to information found in the Average Gross Profit by Salesperson report.  The goal of this sub-report is to show the gross profit values for vehicle sales.  Information for this sub-report is only available if your dealership has the DMS Data Retrieval program.

 

The data displays based on criteria selected for the main Salesperson Performance report.  Therefore, if you select May 2010 for the month and year of the Salesperson Performance report, then the Average Gross Profit by Salesperson Details sub-report shows the salespersons’ gross profits for May 2010.  Likewise, if you chose Internet as the only Prospect Type for the Salesperson Performance report, then you only see Internet prospects in the Average Gross Profit by Salesperson Details.  Additionally, the salespersons that display in the graph are those selected in the Graph column of the Salesperson Performance report.

The Average Gross Profit by Salesperson Details sub-report includes the following columns of data:

You can sort the column information using the arrows next to the column headers.  The data sorts initially by Salesperson.  You can look at one salesperson’s information by using the option in the left navigation pane to filter by Salesperson.

To use Average Gross Profit by Salesperson Details filtering options:

  1. Select the Salesperson.

  2. Click View Report.

 

Important Note:

The data for the Average Gross Profit by Salesperson Details sub-report is compiled on a nightly basis.  The report’s information is current up to the previous day.  Any changes made in the Web Control system during the current day are reflected in the next day’s reports.
