Clicking the New column header in the Lead Source Performance report displays the Sold by Source Details sub-report for new vehicles. This information is similar to the information found in the Sold by Source report when it is filtered to display new cars only. The goal of this sub-report is to show detailed information on new vehicles sold during a month.
The data displays based on criteria selected in the main Lead Source Performance report. Therefore, if you select January 2009 for the month and year of the Lead Source Performance report, then the Sold by Source Details (new) sub-report will show the sold vehicle information for January 2009. Likewise, if you chose Internet as the only Prospect Type for the Lead Source Performance report, then you will only see Internet prospects in the Sold by Source Details (New) sub-report. Additionally, the sources that display in the graph are those selected in the Graph column of the Lead Source Performance report.
The Sold by Source Details (New) sub-report includes the following columns of data:

Name The names are links to the Prospect Details record
Make
Model
Vehicle Type New is the selected option on initial display
Date Created The date the prospect was created in Web Control
Date Sold The date the prospect bought the vehicle
Prospect Type The type of prospect such as Internet, Phone-up or Walk-in
You can sort all the column information using the arrows next to the column headers. The data sorts initially by source and sold date. You can also use the options in the left navigation pane to look at the information by Source, Vehicle Type, Make and Model.
You can use the filtering options alone or in combination with one another.

Important Note: The data for the Sold by Source Details (New) sub-report is compiled on a nightly basis. The reports information is current up to the previous day. Any changes made in the Web Control system during the current day are reflected in the next days reports.
