Bad Email Addresses

Before you send a broadcast email, you may want to see if there are prospects who do not have a valid email address, and if you can, update their records.  You can do this by viewing the Bad Email Address list.

To view Bad Email Addresses:

1. Click the Tools tab.

2. From the Broadcast Email section, click Bad Email Addresses.

3. Click the prospect's name in the list to display the Prospect Details page.
   

4. From the Edit list, select Edit Prospect Record.
   

5. Type the email address in the Primary email box and click Update.
   

6. Repeat steps 3 - 5 for as many prospects as you want to update.
