This setting is available to Manager users only.
The List Users link takes you to the User Summary page for the dealership you are accessing.
Click the Settings link.
From the User
Settings section, click List Users.
The Users Summary page displays the following information about each user:
Name - Displays the first and last name of the user, and his or her role (Standard, Manager, BDC)
Important Note: Click the user's name to view or edit his or her information.

User Id - Displays the User ID used to log in to Web Control
Password Expires - Displays the number of days remaining until the user's password expires
Phone Number - Displays the phone number entered for the user
PagerEmail (Pager Information) - Displays whether or not the user has pager information entered
Sig. (Personal Signature) - Displays whether or not the user has created a personal signature that is attached to outgoing email
AutoResp (Auto Response) - Displays whether or not the user has an auto response set up for incoming leads
AutoMgr (Auto Manager) - Displays whether or not the user has the Auto Manager filters configured for his or her account
Important Note: Only one manager should have Auto Manager filters configured on their account, and that should be the individual who is considered the main manager of the dealership. The main manager has the sales@dealership.dealerspace.com email listed in their email accounts.
