Personal Email is email received in your Personal Email folder. It includes email from other Web Control users, non-deliverable email and personal correspondence.
Personal email is also delivered to the manager who owns the "sales@" address and in many instances it may include email from a lead that is received from an unrecognized Lead Source Provider (LSP) that cannot be parsed into a prospect.
|
Important Note: Leads that cannot be parsed may mean that the Lead Source providers is not in your dealership's source list, or that a modification has been made to the lead format by the provider. To have a new source added to the list of predefined Internet sources contact AVV Customer Support.
